City of London Black Police Association
The City of London Police Black Police Association was formally launched on 28 February 2001.  Its aim is to improve the working environment of minority ethnic personnel in the City of London Police, with a view to improving the quality of service to public and colleagues.

The Association has been working with the Force to address a number of contemporary issues, such as the employment and retention of minority ethnic staff in the Force, and an increasing number of Special Constables.
